An influencer media kit should help a brand answer five questions quickly: Is this creator relevant, is the evidence current, what can we buy, how is risk controlled, and what happens next? A beautiful biography with lifetime vanity numbers makes those questions harder, not easier.
Create an AI Influencer Sample for Your Media Kit
This influencer media kit template uses a one-page proof layout for human or AI-led creators. It never asks you to invent audience figures, campaign results, clients, testimonials, or rates. Use verified 30-day platform data, label synthetic examples, and connect brand-relationship disclosure to official guidance such as the FTC's public Disclosures 101. The result is a compact decision document, not a promise of performance.
Use media kit examples for visual inspiration only. The final page must reflect your verified evidence and operating boundaries; copying another creator's metric hierarchy or brand pitch deck can mislead the buyer.
Pick one buyer and one collaboration job
Before choosing colors or screenshots, define the decision this page must support. One specific buyer and one offer produce a sharper media kit than a generic document for every possible brand.
Buyer
Name the person likely to review the kit: beauty brand manager, ecommerce founder, agency producer, app growth lead, or creator partnerships manager. Write their constraints—audience, market, asset volume, approval time, claims, and brand safety.
Use their language in headings. “Three reusable product-video formats” is easier to evaluate than “creative possibilities.”
Write one objection the buyer is likely to have—synthetic-persona risk, claim control, localization, turnaround, or usage—and make sure the one-pager answers it with evidence.
Campaign job
Choose one job: launch a SKU, produce monthly UGC, test paid social hooks, localize a presenter, demonstrate a workflow, or fill an always-on content calendar. Do not make the same one-pager sell strategy, production, talent, and community management at once.
Tie the job to an observable output and time window. The buyer should see what the collaboration creates before reading a paragraph about the creator.
Avoid broad promises such as “grow your brand.” State the production result the creator controls and keep media or sales outcomes in the measurement plan.
Audience fit
Describe the audience with current platform evidence, not adjectives. Include relevant location, language, age bands when lawfully available, content interests, and the posts that attracted them. Date every screenshot and define each metric.
Avoid “highly engaged community” without context. Show the recent reach, views, interactions, and sample content that support the claim.
Primary offer
Write one sentence: We produce [deliverables] for [buyer/job] using [creator or governed AI persona], with [approval and disclosure control]. Then list the smallest collaboration package that demonstrates it.
If the offer uses a recurring synthetic presenter, build and govern that identity in the APOB AI Influencer Generator before adding it to the kit. The persona should be a documented production asset, not a stock face pasted into the pitch.
Page area | Buyer question | Evidence |
|---|---|---|
Header | Is this for me? | Buyer + job + offer |
Proof panel | Is it current? | Dated platform screenshots |
Case card | Can they execute? | Approved sample and process |
Package | What can I buy? | Deliverables and boundaries |
Footer | What next? | Named contact and next step |
Build a 30-day evidence panel
Use the most recent complete 30-day period available in the source platform. Keep lifetime totals only when they answer a separate question and label them clearly.
Date range
Print the exact start and end dates beside the panel. Record the account, platform, timezone, and capture date. If a campaign or viral post distorts the period, explain it instead of replacing the range with a more flattering one.
Keep the raw screenshot in the working folder. The one-pager may show a crop, but a reviewer should be able to inspect the full source.
Use the same reporting window throughout the panel. Mixing a seven-day reach number with a lifetime view total makes the page look stronger while reducing interpretability.
Reach and views
Show the platform's own terms and do not merge them into one homemade “exposure” number. Define whether views include repeats, whether reach is unique accounts, and which formats are included.
Choose only the metrics relevant to the offer. A short-form video buyer needs recent video evidence; a lifetime follower total cannot substitute for it.
Engagement context
Include interactions with a clear denominator and enough context to interpret them. Note whether the panel covers all content, only Reels, or a selected campaign. Avoid cross-platform sums that combine unlike definitions.
Use two or three representative posts to show what drove the numbers. A high rate from a tiny outlier and a stable pattern across twelve posts are different propositions.
Add a short limitation beneath every exceptional result. If paid distribution, a giveaway, or a celebrity mention changed reach, tell the buyer before they ask.
Source screenshot
Include a small, legible crop with platform name, date range, and capture date. Remove personal or irrelevant data but do not edit the values. Link a secure full-resolution version for qualified reviewers when appropriate.

Show the AI persona as a controlled system
An AI persona needs stronger explanation than a polished headshot. Show how identity, range, disclosure, and human approval work together.
Keep the portfolio case separate from live campaign evidence. Synthetic samples demonstrate production range; they do not establish conversion, endorsement, or customer experience.
Persona identity
Give the persona a stable internal ID, approved name, visual reference, tone, permitted categories, prohibited contexts, and owner. State plainly that the character is AI-generated when that is material to the buyer's decision.
APOB's reusable-persona workflow can keep the same character available across images and video. That continuity is a practical advantage for recurring campaigns, provided the brand approves the specific output and use.
Consistency sample
Show three small proofs of the same persona: product still, talking clip frame, and a different setting or outfit. Caption each with model or workflow, date, human corrections, and approval status.
Use the APOB AI UGC Video Generator to demonstrate how the approved persona moves from image to a product-led clip. Do not present a synthetic example as an actual paid campaign or consumer testimonial.
Disclosure plan
Explain how synthetic content and commercial relationships will be disclosed by channel. The FTC says an influencer's material connection to a brand should be obvious and the disclosure should be hard to miss; for video, it advises disclosure in the video rather than only the description.
Instagram's official branded-content help describes its paid-partnership label for content influenced by a business partner in exchange for value, including some gifted-product and affiliate cases. Check the current account and platform rules at publication because interfaces and eligibility can change.
Human approval
Name who approves the persona, script, claims, visual result, disclosure, and final delivery. Show a compact workflow: brief locked → sample generated → claims checked → brand review → final export → platform label confirmed.
This control is a selling point. It tells a cautious buyer that synthetic production has accountable checkpoints rather than autonomous publication.
Include the names or roles of approvers, expected response windows, and what happens when a reviewer rejects the output. Governance should be visible enough to evaluate, not buried in a contract appendix.
Package deliverables without hiding the boundaries
A useful creator media kit states what is included and what is not. Clear limits reduce procurement friction and prevent the pitch from becoming an accidental guarantee.
Match the package to one production month. This gives the buyer a concrete pilot and gives the creator enough repetition to test consistency without pretending the first engagement is unlimited.
Deliverable
List format, quantity, duration, aspect ratio, language, resolution, captioning, files, and delivery cadence. Separate organic post, raw asset, paid-ad usage, and whitelisting or partnership-ad access.
Connect the package to your AI influencer content pillars when the brand needs an ongoing program. The media kit sells the operating model; a content-pillar map shows how repeated assets avoid random posting.
Revision scope
State included rounds, what counts as a round, response time, and which changes reopen production. Script corrections before generation are not equivalent to a new persona, product, language, or campaign direction.
Provide a small change matrix so the buyer can see whether a request is an edit, regeneration, or new brief.
Usage assumption
Name organic or paid usage, channels, territory, term, edit permissions, exclusivity assumptions, and whether the brand may train or recreate the persona. Mark all terms as subject to the final agreement.
Do not hide material usage in a footnote. It affects price, consent, and production planning.
If final rates are negotiated, the media kit may use “from,” ranges, or a request-for-scope path—provided the wording is accurate and the assumptions are adjacent.
Exclusion
List what is not included: guaranteed views or sales, invented testimonials, unapproved claims, unlawful likeness use, unlicensed music, community management, media spend, or unlimited revisions. Add category-specific exclusions when required.
The absence of a performance guarantee does not weaken the kit. It separates creative deliverables from outcomes the creator cannot honestly promise.
Package field | Included | Boundary |
|---|---|---|
Assets | Exact formats and quantities | New format = new scope |
Revisions | Named rounds | Persona/brief change excluded |
Usage | Channel, territory, term | Expansion requires approval |
Reporting | Named metrics and date | No performance guarantee |
Pass the 30-second brand-side skim test
Export the one-pager, show it to a reviewer who has not seen the project, and stop them after 30 seconds. Ask them to state the fit, proof, offer, risk controls, and next action.
Record the answers verbatim. If two reviewers miss the same point, change the page hierarchy before changing the sales explanation.
Fit
The reviewer should identify the intended buyer, audience, category, and campaign job from the top third. If they say “general social content,” rewrite the headline and primary offer.
Proof
They should locate the dated 30-day panel and one relevant case or controlled persona sample. If the strongest evidence is a follower number or an unlabeled synthetic image, the proof hierarchy is wrong.
Offer
They should repeat the deliverable package without guessing. Put quantity, format, cadence, revisions, and usage assumptions together rather than scattering them across the page.
Refresh owner
They should see a named contact and a clear next step. Assign a monthly owner for metrics, links, samples, rates, availability, disclosure policy, and persona status. Add “Updated [date]” to the page.
Test the PDF and mobile link version. The buyer may open the kit in an email preview; small metrics, broken links, or a cropped footer can erase the intended next step.
An effective influencer media kit is brief because its evidence is well chosen, not because it omits boundaries. Build one buyer-specific offer, use a verified 30-day panel, show the AI persona as a governed system, and let the 30-second skim test expose anything a brand would have to guess.
Keep the completed worksheet, skim-test checklist, metric screenshot record, package matrix, and approval receipt together. This article's source pages were checked on September 8, 2026; their rules and interfaces can change, and the sample is not a guarantee of campaign performance.
